Hobbycraft, the UK’s leading arts and crafts retailer, has launched Craftober 2026, offering exclusive discounts and workshops to customers nationwide.
One of the best things about crafting is that everyone can get involved, whether they’re trying a new hobby, developing existing skills or creating something that can be proudly displayed at home.
As part of the Craftober promotion, shoppers can use the code CRAFT in store and online to save money. Customers can get £5 off when spending £20 or £10 off when spending £40.
The offers are available from Thursday, October 8 until Wednesday, October 21, with deals designed to appeal to both adults and children. Hobbycraft is also offering 20% off workshops, both in store and online.
With the October half-term approaching, the discounts could provide parents with a screen-free way to keep children entertained while encouraging them to get creative.
Halloween and Christmas crafts
With Halloween just around the corner, children can take part in seasonal activities including ceramic pumpkin painting, wreath-making and decorating projects.
Parents can also stock up on five £4 activities for £15 instead of £20, giving them plenty of craft projects to keep little ones busy.
The sets include a Paint By Numbers Halloween Kit, Paint Your Own Ceramic Halloween Figures 10 Pack, Haunted House Colour-In Canvas, Halloween Colour and Sticker Activity Book and a Witch’s Hat Bead Box.
Little crafters can also start getting ready for Christmas with make-your-own advent calendars, ceramic baubles and festive craft kits.
The £20 Colour-In Cardboard Gingerbread House, for example, provides a blank canvas for children to decorate with their own creative designs. Shoppers could pair it with the £26 pack of 70 colouring pencils and, by spending enough to qualify, potentially save £10 from their overall basket.
